It's Barrett-Jackson Time Again: Plan to join us for the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction for our 11th year of providing this long awaited day trip every year sponsored by KW Detailing LLC. Everyone has been very supportive in the past and we appreciate that very much! We will again see if we can fill 4 buses as we did the past 3 years. As in the past it will still be on 1st COME, 1st PAY BASIS. Last year the 4 buses were sold out in 40 minutes with a waiting list.
Trip Date: Thursday, January 16, 2020, prices are same as last year $60.00 per person which include bus, bus driver tip and ticket into the venue.
Sign-Up: Monday, Nov 4th in person registration at Legion Post #131 at 10:00 am. If you're still out of town, you can text/email me as identified below to reserve your seat(s), with a check in the mail to follow the phone call, text or email on or around Nov 4th!!
Bus Departure: Green Valley Village just North & South of El Rodeo restaurant promptly at 7:00 am and we will stop in Tucson (if necessary); the stopping point to be announced when established. We will leave the auction site for the return trip at 4:00 pm sharp insuring a return to GV by 6:30 pm or soon after.
Warning: There have been a few instances where trip guests have not followed directions. Should that happen on this trip, the buses will not move until everyone does what is asked of them. Please directions and DO NOT inconvenience our other travelers.
Who Benefits: Last year we donated $750 & an additional $750 was matched by an individual on Bus#1 to the Fisher House at the VA Hospital. Do not forget to tip your bus refreshments servers those tips benefit the cause.
Volunteers Needed: A few Bus Commander's & Refreshment Servers.
Cancellation Policy: No cancellation refunds after January 13th

26th Annual Tubac Collectors Car Show
If you are Carnut or present or past show registrant, please consider volunteering. All volunteers will receive an event T-shirt.
It takes all of the folks listed above plus nearly 80 volunteers like yourself to make this event successful. The proceeds from this event fund at least 20 graduating senior scholarships at Walden Grove and Sahuarita High Schools.
If you're a team leader, do not sign up for a task that you're leading. Team Leaders can sign up for tasks, when they don't overlap their own.
Each task has been assigned a time slot and number of positions required. When all positions for a particular time slot have filled, please choose another task. If you have the time, please consider signing up for two or more tasks. To register for multiple tasks you will need to register multiple times. When registering for another task the system will notify you that you have already registered. If your time slots don't conflict, you can ignore the messages and continue.
Your team leader will contact you with additional information and your T-shirt size.

Registering for the BBQ Dinner is a single Dinner Ticket. To purchase more than one dinner ticket you need to add them as Guests. You can add up to THREE GUESTS to your ticket order.

Important - Read This Before You Begin:
If you are a Santa Cruz Valley Car Nut or you registered for the 2019 Tubac Collector Car Show, your user profile has already been created. Your previously registered vehicle (s) are already in your profile. Your username is the email address you used last year to register on Eventbrite. If you haven't setup your Car Nut or Tubac Show account, please do so prior to purchasing tickets.
There is a four (4) vehicle limit per user account aka email address. You must complete the registration form for all the vehicles you intend to register. If you are a Car Nut or you registered for the 2019 Tubac Show, your profile already contains information from the 2019 Tubac Show. Show Car Classifications have changed from last year and all Classifications are currently blank. Make sure you select the proper classification for your vehicle or vehicles. You can change or modify your user and vehicle profiles at any time even after registering. The first vehicle in your profile is automatically selected. You do not need to make any additional ticket purchases, when registering a single vehicle unless you want to pre-order a T-shirt or BBQ Dinner. You can return to https://carnuts.org at anytime and modify user and vehicle profiles. Do not make any changes to your ticket order after 6:00 p.m. on January 18.
Some Show Car Classifications have changed. Please ensure that your Classification isn't Blank or Incorrect. Incorrect Classification could disqualify you from Judging.
Make sure you have entered Make, Model, Year and Class for all show tickets purchased.
Vehicle profiles are sequential 1 through 4. If you're registering a single vehicle make sure it is first in your profile and so on for each vehicle up to a maximum of (4) four. If you are registering more than 1 vehicle, then select the Additional Vehicles Ticket. There is a four (4) vehicle restriction per email address aka user account name.
Attention: Our site is a secure encrypted site and safe for online payment. If you are uncomfortable paying online, we offer offline payment. Offline payment generates an emailed invoice which requires printing and mailing a check which needs to be received within 7 business days. Your registration will be held in pending state up to 7 business days. If payment isn't received in 7 business days, your registration will be canceled. Offline payment will be disabled beginning January 9th.
Paper registration is discouraged and must be requested.
NO REFUNDS OR CHANGES AFTER CLOSE OF REGISTRATION AT 6:00 PM ON JANUARY 19TH.
