Your registration conformation is your ticket to the show. You are entitled to one guest. That guest must accompany you onto the show grounds. General admission to the show opens at 10:00 am. Admission is $5 person children 12 under are free. Shuttle service to and from spectator parking and the Village of Tubac run regularly throughout the day between 10 am and 3 pm.

We will be taking Day of Registrations at the show. Please print the Late Registration Form and have it filled out in advance. Click here to download the form for printing. Use one form per vehicle. If you are registering late, please arrive at the show car entrance no earlier than 9:15 am. Preregistered vehicles have entry priority. Once parked on the show grounds in the row number that corresponds to the digits of your car's classification, go to the registration booth. There will be a separate day of registration queue.

Thank you for registering for the 26th Annual Tubac Collectors Car Show. Make sure you print your order confirmation or use the Wild Apricot Member Phone App to track your registration and merchandise you may have purchased. You will need your tickets and order confirmations in order to claim your Friday BBQ Dinner on the 24th, gain access to the event grounds on Saturday the 25th beginning at 8:00 a.m. with your vehicle(s) and collect your T-Shirt orders. If you ordered multiple tickets, you will need to bring all tickets and confirmations.
The Friday BBQ Dinner at the Tubac Golf Resort begins at 5:00 pm in the Geronimo Room adjacent to Stables Restaurant with Social Hour followed by Dinner at 6:0 pm. Your printed confirmation is your admission ticket.
Be sure you print your confirmations and have them ready at the entrance to the show area. If you don't have this information, you may be asked to drive to a holding lot until your name and vehicle can be verified.
Please follow the schedule below when arriving at the Show Area Entrance (just south of the Tubac Golf Resort's Bag Drop Area on Otero Road) on Saturday, January 25th. No one should arrive prior to 8:00 am. Your vehicle's Class Number is your Row Number. Please DO NOT arrive before your assigned time slot. Once you have positioned your vehicle in the proper row for your classification proceed to the Registration Table to pick-up your Dash/Window Card, 26th Annual Dash Plaque, Show Poster and any T-Shirts you may have purchased.

Class/Row 11-14 - 8:30 am and All Trailered Vehicles
Class/Row 6-10 - 8:45 am
Class/Row 1-5 - 9:00 am
All Day of Registrations - 9:15 am
There will be traffic control at all access roads to the Tubac Golf Resort. They will direct you to trailer and spectator parking and onto the show grounds. Show cars please arrive according to the schedule above.
