Quail Creek Cool Car Show - Entry by Donation

This show is limited to 100 pre-registered vehicles. Registration closes once all available slots are filled a waitlist will be activated.

Pre-Show Registration Closes at Midnight on Wednesday, March 15th!!

• We are doing things a little differently this year. There is no Registration Fee or Spectator Admission Fee. All Vehicles need to be Pre-Registered and bring a Cash or Check Donation for the Sahuarita Food Bank. We are recommending $20 or more. This ensures that all funds go directly to the Food Bank and not to Credit Card and Administrative Fees.
• Spectator Admission is FREE. Donations of Non-Perishable Food, Cash or Check made out to the Sahuarita Food Bank will be greatly appreciated.  There are many Sahuarita residents and families with children in need of assistance. 
• Cars will be arranged as they enter. If you want to park together, you must arrive together.
• A best of show trophy will be awarded.
• No classifications
• 50/50 Raffle with the winner drawn at 1:30 pm.

• Day of Registrations will be accepted after Pre-Registered Show Cars have been Checked-In and Parked beginning at 9:50 AM

This show is limited to the first 100 registered vehicles due to parking availability at the Quail Creek Clubhouse. Register early to reserve your spot. GUEST ARE WELCOME. GUEST REGISTRATION NOT REQUIRED.
