Online Registration Closes January 22, 2024 at 11:59 pm. Day of Registrations will be accepted at the Show Between at 9:00 & 10:00am.
Your registration confirmation is your ticket to the show. You are entitled to one guest. That guest must accompany you onto the show grounds. General admission to the show opens at 10:00 am. Admission is $5 person children 12 and under are free.

The Car Nuts Reserve the Right to Split Classes When a Class Is Deemed to Large. Split Classes Will Receive Individual Class Trophies.
Thank you for registering for the 29th Annual SCVCN Car Show. You will need your ticket order confirmations in order to gain access to the event grounds on Saturday the 27th of January beginning at 8:00 a.m. with your vehicle. If you'd like to register additional vehicles, they must be registered individually. You can also download the Wild Apricot Member App for Android or iPhone in lieu of a printed confirmation.
Be sure you print your confirmations and have them ready at the entrance to the show area. If you don't have this information, you may be asked to drive to a holding lot until your name and vehicle can be verified.
*** For the safety of everyone show cars must remain parked on the show grounds until the completion of the Awards Presentation ***
WHERE DO THE PROFITS GO!
All net proceeds from this event and past Sahuarita Classics Car Shows have funded modern automotive analytical equipment for the Sahuarita High School's Automotive Program. This equipment better prepares Sahuarita Automotive Program Graduates for careers in the automotive and other related industries and more advanced higher education.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
- IN AN EFFORT TO ENHANCE THIS YEAR'S SHOW WE HAVE NUMEROUS FOOD TRUCKS AND THE LONGHORN GRILL WILL BE SERVING COFFEE, PASTERIES AND BREAKFAST BURRITOS BEGIINING AROUND 7:30 AM.
- IT’S IMPERATIVE THAT WE LEAVE THE FACILITY AS CLEAN AS WE RECEIVED IT. PLEASE DISPOSE OF YOUR TRASH IN TRASH RECEPTICALS LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE PARK.
- THE WALK-THRU GATES MIDWAY BETWEEN THE FIELDS WILL BE OPEN.

PRINT AND SAVE YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. BRING THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH YOU TO THE EVENT OR DOWNLOAD THE WILD APRICOT MEMBER APP FROM APPLE OF GOOGLE PLAY STORE. IT IS YOUR ADMISSION TICKET TO THE EVENT. IT WILL EXPEDITE YOUR ADMISSION ONTO YOUR SHOW FIELD. CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE RESENT JUST PRIOR TO THE EVENT WITH ARRIVAL TIMES AND FIELD PARKING LOCATIONS.
